You are accessing the FairCall service which is operated by KPMG. You have the option to remain totally anonymous or to provide your contact details.  KPMG has been advised by your employer that any contact details you provide will be kept in strict confidence to protect your identity.  
    
In submitting your concern to the FairCall service in relation to possible fraudulent conduct or inappropriate behaviour, you give permission for the information you provide to be passed onto your organisation by way of written report.  

KPMG accepts no responsibility in any way whatsoever for the use of the report for any purpose other than that for which it is prepared.  In making a report, KPMG considers and relies upon the information submitted, which we will treat as reliable, complete and not misleading.  Nothing in our reports should be taken to imply that we have verified any information supplied to us, or have in any way carried out an audit of any information supplied to us other than as expressly stated.  

The statements and findings included in our report are given in good faith, and in the belief that such statements and findings are not false or misleading.
